RICHMOND AND PETERSBURG, VA. — Mercer Street Partners has selected Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF) to manage a portfolio of six properties in the Richmond metropolitan area. The portfolio totals over 680 units and will add 25 new associates to TMF’s portfolio. The properties are a mix of mid-rise and garden-style.
The portfolio includes:
- South Bank Apartments, a 150-unit community in Richmond
- Perry Street Lofts, a 148-unit property in the Richmond suburb of Petersburg
- Hopper Lofts, 139-unit complex in Richmond
- The Spectrum Apartments, a 103-unit asset in Richmond
- 2001 East Apartments, a 75-unit community in Richmond
- Star Lofts, a 66-unit property in Petersburg
