NASHVILLE, TENN. — A joint venture consisting of PMG, New Valley Realty and RMWC has topped out Society Nashville, 16-story mixed-use development located at 915 Division St. in The Gulch neighborhood of Nashville. Society Nashville will feature 502 apartment units, as well as 8,400 square feet of retail space and 485 parking spaces.
The first move-ins at Society Nashville are expected by the end of the year. The developers have received a total of $197 million in financing for the project, including a $162 million construction loan from Square Mile Capital and $35 million in equity through CrowdStreet.
Units will come in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. A select number of units will be available for tenants to “rent-by-bedroom,” in which the lease and other costs will be split between roommates and each bedroom has a private bathroom.
Planned community amenities include a pool deck, fitness center, coworking spaces, a music room and rooftop sky deck. Additionally, residents will have access to events such as fitness classes and networking opportunities. Tenants will be able to utilize a mobile app to sign up for events, as well as use mobile keys, make payments and maintenance requests, manage guests and track packages.
Society Nashville is part of PMG’s Society Living brand, which currently consists of a pipeline of 8,500 planned units. The firm is currently developing Society Living communities in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Orlando, Florida; Atlanta; Denver; and New York City.
