BLOOMINGDALE, GA. — Alabama-based Capstone Communities has broken ground on The Villas at Bloomingdale, a $60 million build-to-rent project in Bloomingdale, 17 miles west of Savannah. The project is situated on an approximately 33-acre site and will feature 263 units as well as such amenities as a resort-style pool, pickleball court, grills and a dog park.
